Christopher Sheehy

Growing up a stone’s throw away from the ocean, Chris' love for the water began at a young age. Countless hours spent outdoors and participating in competitive water sports culminated in his passion for surfing. During a 2012 surf trip to Costa Rica, Chris was called into action to fill the role of an ill instructor at his favorite surf shop. "When you ride, you feel speed, wind in the face, you’re connected to awesome energy through the surfboard, skimming along. Being in the ocean, learning to control my mind and overcome the feeling of fear, brings me in sync with the rhythm of the swells. For me, life is a continual learning process, and the challenge is to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually while exploring my greatest potential as a human being."
